Note on the General Operation of a Peer to Peer LAN:

The drive names are used from peer workstations to access data.  Use C: when accessing local hard drive and D: when accessing local CD-Rom.  Networked printers are accessed from peer workstations by simply changing the print driver when printing.   All workstations except the one storing QuickBooks Enterprise would have a Q: drive to access the QuickBooks machine.

There would be limited security and backups would be performed on the workstation containing QuickBooks Enterprise and any workstations that contained important data.  There would be no access to Moline in this setup and limited email capabilities.
