Our 10 Minute Remote Diagnosis (good for up to 10 minutes of troubleshooting and repair) makes problem diagnosis convenient for you.
No need to schedule an appointment for a house call, and no need to pack up your PC to bring it in. At a rate of $20 for the first 10 minutes and 99 cents per minute after, we can evaluate your problemwith the goal of sparing you any further inconvenience.
Time begins after the connection is successfully made and the diagnosis starts.
10 Minute Remote Fix
If the problem can be resolved in the initial 10 minutes, you're done! If not, we'll be able to tell you the mostly likely suspects, and what it will take to get your computer acting like it should again (as well as whether it can be fixed remotely or will need hands-on repair).
